Some views are in favor and some views are against eating non-veg. I want to know the reality that after baptism what rules one should follow?

It does not depend on the views, but straight interpretation from Guru Granth Sahib Ji. There are Sikhs that do interpret certain gurbani in a way in favor of eating meat and ignore the gurbani that strictly tells us not to kill animals or eat meat. In short, there is not even one shabad in Guru Granth Sahib Ji that states eating meat is ok, however there are numerous that state killing animals and eating meat is not ok.
