I wear a turban, but upon seeing other Sikhs in the different gurdwaras, I don't know what is right anymore. I now don't want to tie a dastaar anymore.

Answer:

An Amritdhari Sikh should always wear a turban and keep his hair uncut. Some Sikhs do different things. Actions of some Sikhs does not define Sikhism.
