I needed to point this out. Sikhs and their gurus attempt to spread equality in people all around the world yet amongst themselves they have no mutual agreement or equality. Many Gurdwara managements/committees are interested only in money and power. Do Sikhs realize this hypocrisy? What should we do?

Answer:

Many Sikhs do not follow the instructions of Sikhism. Actions of some Sikhs do not define Sikhism. If someone is being hypocrite and committing fraud, we should remind that person of what they are doing. We need to be the best we can. We need to listen to the teachings of Gurus and make every effort to live our life in a moral and righteous way.
