Answer:
There are Sikhs that do eat meat. It is their personal choice. It does not mean Sikhism instructs to eat meat. Actions of some Sikhs do not define Sikhism. Protein can be consumed from greek yogurt, cottage cheese, lentils, soy, beans, and milk. Fat can be consumed via nuts, avocado, dairy and milk products which do not go into killing the animal such as: milk, butter, ghee, and cheese.

What kind of food should we eat? is it ok to eat meat?
