Yes and no. Sikhs worship together in a Gurdwara Sahib, which is like a church for Christians. Gurdwara Sahib is open 24 hours a day all year round. Services can be held any day of the week. Since most people have weekends off in westren countries, services are held on Sundays. In India, services are held everyday at the Gurdwara Sahib.
